Another month, another Hot List!
October was all about getting spooky and we were absolutely obsessed with the Halloween makeup looks that you tagged us in! Are you ready to see a few of our faves? …
@callmechim went all out with this Dark Mermaid look and we’re loving how it turned out!
Chhimmi says “I really wanted to do a dark version of the mermaid look this Halloween so I’ve gone for some rich, deep and saturated tones of colours I relate to the ocean.
To compliment the whole look, I had to wear Most Wanted Gimmie Gimmie on top for a dramatic look. I also applied the Underlash No.040’s as it balances the eye makeup and the gorgeous fluttery lashes on top. Lastly, I applied the Fleur De Force Brow Define and Brow Tamer in the shade medium to groom my brows to perfection!”
I wanted to create a look that was fun but a little creepy and a little glam! The Gilded lashes bring that extra little something this look needed. The Luxe lashes are super affordable, beautifully wispy and by far my favourite faux mink lashes!”
@alicekingmakeup did an entire range of close-up eye Halloween themed looks that you’ve just got to check out! It was so hard choosing just one but we finally decided on our fave, especially when we heard about the inspo behind it!
Alice says “I chose the #ShoesAreMyMuse lashes because they are fluttery but don’t hide any of the look. I really like how the lashes are noticeable and pretty but do not take away the main focus. I got my inspiration for the look from the film Coraline, I was thinking of ideas for Halloween looks and thought of this film which includes buttons and then came up with this idea!”
We’re totally obsessed with this spooky yet super glamorous eye makeup!
@malonemua says “I chose Vegas Nay Bronze Beauty lashes because I love how subtle yet dramatic they are. I love that the length gradually gets longer to the outer corners which helps to open my eyes and accentuate the cat eye look! These are my everyday go-to lashes and I thought they would be perfect with this cut crease and sharp wing!
The look was something fun I created to do something dramatic yet not crazy for Halloween. I wanted the fun “blood” effect and I wanted a vampire vibe as well. I feel like I really achieved it with this look and adore how it turned out!”
How gorgeous is this pink skull look by @ninibmakeup ?
Nia says “I love these lashes, they’re one of my favourites. The lash style I used was Lust List from your new Most Wanted collection. They fan out at the ends and this is great for a cat eye look!
The overall look is a pink skull for Halloween. This was inspired by girly girls who are still tryna look cute on Halloween! Plus pink is my favourite colour”
We can’t take our eyes off this spooky makeup look!
@lookbymari used our full and fabulous Exaggerate No.145 lashes and we think they were the perfect choice!
We’re loving how Kristi has glammed up this skull look with glitter and gorgeous lashes!
@kristi.beauti says “I used your Luxe Opulent lashes. They’re my go-to for a long and tapered lash to finish off my look! Absolutely love them.”
Can you guess the inspo behind this makeup look?
@madisonnnanne says “so the reason I chose your Vegas Nay Grand Glamour lashes is because they add a lot of drama to the eyes, hence why they’re my favourite! For this look, I wanted to look very similar to the Stranger Things character, Eleven. So I mimicked one of her iconic facial poses and the lashes gave off the perfect amount of drama and intensity that I wanted to show through my overall look!”
