Iris Colour & Description

Blue, grey, occasionally brown. Very loose and widely spaced fibres, forming 'honeycombs'.

Possibly prone to

  • Fractures and haemorrhoids.
  • Weaker than normal muscles.
  • Back problems and bad posture.
  • Protruding veins and hernias.
  • Permanently cold hands and feet due to bad circulation.

Recommendations

  • Gentle exercise (walking swimming, rebounding - not squash or jogging).
  • Avoid junk and processed foods which require increased levels of nutrients to detoxify the body.
  • Especially avoid carbonated drinks - these are high in phosphoric acid which leaches calcium from the bones.
  • Include plenty of fruit, vegetables and wholegrain carbohydrates to provide calcium, magnesium and trace elements required to support bone and muscle health.
