Recommendations
Gentle exercise (walking swimming, rebounding - not squash or jogging).
Avoid junk and processed foods which require increased levels of nutrients to detoxify the body.
Especially avoid carbonated drinks - these are high in phosphoric acid which leaches calcium from the bones.
Include plenty of fruit, vegetables and wholegrain carbohydrates to provide calcium, magnesium and trace elements required to support bone and muscle health.
