Iris Colour & Description

Blue or occasionally brown (blue eyes can appear green). Whitish-grey clouds around the iris.


Possibly prone to

  • Kidneys problems and kidney stones.
  • Hyperactivity and hyper-irritation.
  • Arthritis and rheumatic diseases.
  • Gout.

Recommendations

  • Include plenty of alkaline-forming foods (fruits, vegetables, whole grains) and fresh vegetable juices (e.g. parsley and celery) to stimulate kidney function.
  • Reduce or avoid acid-forming foods (e.g. meat, salt, dairy).
  • Support the digestion of protein by adding lemon juice to meals.
