Possibly prone to
- Excess mucus and catarrh.
- Problems with ear, nose and throat also thyroid problems and arthritis.
- Skin complaints.
- Water retention.
- Stiffness and aching muscles.
Recommendations
- Reduce or avoid mucus-forming foods such as meat and particularly dairy products such as milk and cheese.
- Take exercise that makes you perspire as this will help to clear the system of excess mucus.
- Drink 2 litres of water per day.
- Eat 5-7 portions of fruit and vegetables every day.
