Iris Colour & Description

Blue or brown with a cloudy, milky ring around the outside of the iris (can be a half-ring).


Possibly prone to

  • High cholesterol and cardiovascular problems (could have poor circulation, cold extremities, blood pressure imbalances).
  • Diabetes.
  • Sodium and calcium deposits in joints and tissues, possibly leading to aches and pains.
  • Liver problems.
  • Under-active thyroid.
  • Poor memory and concentration.

Recommendations

  • Eat plenty of onions, garlic and eggs, as these all provide excellent support for the liver.
  • Exercise regularly to help lower cholesterol levels and keep the heart healthy.
  • Reduce amount of red meat, salt and alcohol to balance blood pressure and prevent development of heart problems.
  • 5-7 portions of fruit and vegetables every day to support the liver and provide good levels of anti-oxidants.
